5Absolutely Reliable!, Jun 2, 2023
I LOVE this book. I've had it for years. Good information on Bread Machine Usage and Ingredients. Every recipe I've tried has worked (unlike some other books and recipes I own.) I love the Christmas Anise Bread and the Peanut Butter and Jelly Bread. So unique! I don't use - or feel I need - any other bread machine book, though I'm thinking of buying another one of hers just for fun. I LOVE IT!

5Great Bread Machine Book, Feb 8, 2023
I love this book!! I've owned it for about a year now, but just got it back after a very long visit to my mother-in-law. (3 months) She loved the book also and didn't want to give it back! She bought one of her own! Thank goodness! I think she got tired of reading the recipes over the phone to me! lol! Anyways great book, lots of information. Also great for what ever size machine you have. Does small (1lb), Med. (1 1/2lbs.) and large (2lbs). for each recipe.

5Best bread machine recipes EVER!, Nov 26, 2022
I got this book when I first got a bread machine 9 years ago. It has traveled with me through 4 states and 7 different moves. It has even survived 2 bread machines! LOL Mine is old and tattered and losing pages, so I am finally buying a new bread machine cookbook. Guess what? I'm buying this one again. Every single recipe I have ever tried has just been delicious!!!

5If you buy only one -, Mar 12, 2023
This is the one to buy. This little book is absolutely the best out of the plethora bread machine cookbooks available. I love cookbooks, I love bread, I love my bread machine. I own six bread machine cookbooks, I've checked out a couple of dozen more from various libraries, I've pored over new ones in the bookstores. This is the one I reach for over and over and over again when I am ready to bake bread (and the next two runner-ups are the Bread Machine Cookbook II and the Bread Machine Cookbook III). The recipes are basic - white bread, wheat bread, rye bread, and progress with variations, through sourdoughs and simple dough recipes - hamburger buns, etc. Other editions will bring you the fancier and trickier breads. Master this one first; you will not be sorry.
