When you start the game there are tutorials click on rush hour tutorial and you would have 8,000,000. overall this is a cool game you get to make your own city and be the mayor. And you can also driv tons of boats,cars,airplanes

OK, so I've always liked being able to control lots of aspects about a game, and was kinda hoping this would ne something along those lines, except I would be in charge of a city. I sat down and started playing this game for a while and it QUICKLY got boring. I can't even begin to explain how terrible I felt about this game. It's graphics leave MUCH to be desired, and all the options you have are severly lacking, The best part is blowing your city up, if you want to take the time to stabalize it and make it large enough to be destroyed somewhat enjoyable. I wouldn't buy it if I were you, it will just cause pain and suffering.

Ok, this game is fun 'n all but a little TOO realistic. I'm only 11 and I have to deal with millions of tax values, loans, and all the polictic buisness. I wish they would make a kids' version of the game where you don't have to handle all the so-called "POLICTIOANS". The word in the "" is most likely to be spelled wrong.

I really did prefer simcity 3 to this version. The new one just is more complicated and the graphics are about the same as version 3. I would just stick to simcity 3 if i was you.

This game is fun, but I hate paying for stuff! I hate that the landmarks have to be paid for! I wish the rewards are free, and I wish everything is free!. I'm just 13, and I can't deal with all these taxes! I hope in Sim City 5, everything is free, but for expert players, they can play hard mode for money. I just want to have fun, and not worry about money.
