Undergear says waist sizes 31-34 are medium. Well I'm a 33 waist and the medium I bought was a wee bit too small...if you get my meaning. Go one size up and you should be OK.

Being in Martial arts, I needed something that would be supportive and this does the trick!
It supports and is comfortable and keeps everything where it should be, plus I noticed with a few others I've tried that there actually ichy and this one isn't at all, it's a great buy, and more affordable then some of the others that I've tried in the past.
