I will purchase again from Pugster. The only negative is it took a while to get here once I ordered, but the quality is great.

This is good quality. I bought all my charms through pugster and was very satisfied with quality and their customer service. Something to take note of is you won't need this starter bracelet if you buy 16 (for a size small adult) or more charms at once. Those charms will be enough to make a whole bracelet. If you are going to go slowly with adding charms, you will need a bracelet to start out with. That was something I was unsure of to start out with. Anyhow, these are fun and a great deal. Also, they take a while to attach the charms together. My husband used a little screwdriver and I was able to use my fingers once I figured out how to do it. It is kind of hard and frustrating at first, so I recommend buying a tool if you don't have nimble fingers.
