I thought this game was ok. I think it could have been a little more challenging in finding the items. It was a little easier than previous I Spy games. The graphics and the dragon were great. I wish I Spy would come out with more levels of play in difficulty and with fresh levels instead of repeats.

 Not completely Windows 2000 compliant, Aug 10, 2023
Amazon, and the box indicate that this software works under Windows 2000. Well, it only works for administrators, and the tech support won't fix the issue...
I installed it as administrator, and tested that it worked.
I tried running it as a restricted user. After all I don't really want my children installing software, or otherwise messing up my computer.
I ran into my first problem... it couldn't write a file. So I did what I needed to... and gave users full permissions over all files under the I Spy install directory.
Then I hit problem two... It refuses to run if it can't modify the system registry. Why is it trying to modify the system registry after it is installed?
In any case, I don't know how the game plays - as I don't like running software as administrator. For now the disk is as useful as a coaster.

Three Different I Spy Adventures Provide Hours Of Fun, Jul 2, 2023
I enjoy all the I Spy games, but this one is the best. There are three different adventures, with three levels each. Thus, the player is provided with nine game plays on the one CD. One game involves a castle, and the player must free a princess from a dungeon, along with defeating a dragon. A second game is an undersea adventure, and the player must discover a mermaids hidden treasure. This reminded me a little of the I Spy Treasure Hunt game, but this is an entirely different adventure, and different puzzles. Game three is an outerspace adventure, and the player must hunt down fuel crystals so the rocketship can take off. And watch out for some unexpected trouble during countdown to launch, requiring a repair job, and hunting down the proper tools. All in all, I find this the best buy of the I Spy CD Roms, because it is almost like owning three different games.
